Home Health Aide/Hospice
Hollister, CA
$22 - $25 an hour Full-time Monday to Friday
We are in search of a Home Health Aide with hospice experience. Our goal is to find candidates who are compassionate towards patients at end of life, as well as the families who support them. We strive to provide our patients with dignity and comfort through managing pain and addressing their symptoms in a timely manner.
We are currently looking for a HHA in the Hollister/Salinas area, with the flexibility of covering its surrounding counties. As well as taking care of our patients and families, we also prioritize the well-being of our staff by creating an environment of positivity and inclusiveness. While the job can be demanding, our goal is to reduce the stressors of employment by celebrating, and rewarding, our team for their hard work and dedication.

License and Qualifications:
- Certified Home Health Aide
- Current CPR with American Heart Association BLS Guidelines
- Current driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift, position, and transfer patients
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Provide care in patients' homes or the facilities they reside in
- Lift and transfer patients
- Assistance with ADLs
- Effective documentation skills through the utilization of our EMR
