Home connect hospice has to be one of the best hospice in the area. When my father-in-law needed care and we needed to decide quickly, there was no hesitation to choose home connect hospice. From their administration staff to their nursing team and their home health aids each, and every person that entered the home was extremely respectful, caring, patient and loving towards my father-in-law and our family. The team was there anytime we needed either their phone call or they would come in person Time to answer all of our questions and they would make sure not to leave until we felt comfortable. Hospice can be a scary word for many people, but with home connect hospice, we entered our hospice journey with no fear.
